Our delivery partner will contact you around two working days after your order is placed to confirm your delivery date with you. You will be able to view the dates they have available and select the one that suits you best. Before your delivery takes place, they will notify you of your two-hour delivery window.
Please make sure you select any other services you require in the following steps, as unfortunately, the delivery team won’t be able to complete them if not part of your original order.

You have 14 days, from the date of delivery, to ensure you are completely happy with your purchase. If you have decided you do not wish to keep the appliance we will arrange to have it collected and returned to us.
